We do not directly employ the mechanics, and we are not responsible for their actions or the quality of their work, although we strive to partner with trusted and certified professionals.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting a service. You are responsible for ensuring a safe environment for the mechanic to perform the service.
3. Payments
Fees for services are communicated to you before the service begins. Payment is due upon completion of the service. We use third-party payment processors to handle payments.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Call Mechanic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
